We had a visit from Enrico's father this month. It was nice to see him and
introduce him to Eva. Carlo also gave him a workout with many
play sessions and a bike ride in the park. And Eva immediately decided
that his lap was a good place for a nap.

We also had a stomach flu which made Carlo and I quite ill, but fortunately
Eva and Enrico stayed well. And then there was a fever for the day and now
Carlo seems to be cultivating a cough. At least he will be ready for all
those germs he will get (and share) at preschool next year.

So with all the illness we were at home quite a bit (as you can see from
the photos). But the weather has improved and we have had some good
days out at the park.

Like Christmas, Carlo started talking about his birthday several weeks before
the date. Several times a day he recites the guest list for his party and
makes his request for balloons and cake. (Photos will appear next month.)
