We never managed to take a summer vacation, but we did wrap up
our summer with a trip to the San Francisco Zoo and a trip to the Boardwalk.

Eva is doing great things such as clapping, playing peekaboo, waving, and
standing unassisted for a few seconds.

And Carlo has survived the high stress level of his parents as they go about
buying a house. Yes, we are buying a bonafide house with yard. Our
vagabond days seem to be behind us...at least for now.
