Carlo had a wonderful fourth birthday. Not only did he have all his
best friends in attendance his abuela, abuelo, and tio flew in for the event. It was a warm
sunny spring day. Even the crabapple tree in the back garden was obliging and was filled with
sweet pink blossoms that floated down to the ground like confetti.
An impromptu soccer game kicked off the party.
