This month we decided to start the family tradition of taking a nature walk at least once a month.
Eva is two!
hit the pin~ata, blew out all the candles (with a little help from her brother), and mingled with the
guests. Carlo helped opened presents and vigorously joined in the merriment.
Our first trip was to Nisene Marks park - a forest full of redwoods and fern-filled ravines. The children
were at first reluctant and then got caught up in the spirit of adventure ...and then Eva decided
that she wanted to be carried to the car and that only Mama could transport her.
