Week 8 of Carlo

Where has the time gone? Betweens diapers, bottles, the arrival of colic and its much celebrated passing, visits to the pediatrician's, the month-long festival of grandparents, morning walks in the woods, practicing Carlo's new trick of rolling over - we now find Carlo approaching his second month of life. Many moments have not been recorded but here are a few photos from the last two weeks.

One of Carlo's first laughs - he finds his parents vocalizing of the vowels in a song (something like - ahhh, ehhh, iiii, ohhh, uuuu) hilarious. The jacket was made by Natasha who puts herself to work whenever a friend announces the anticipated arrival of a little one.

Un besito de Papa

Y un besito de Mama.

Tummy time has become turning-over time. Carlo's dislike of lying on his stomach has improved his ability to flip himself over. This time conincides with "air out the bum" time.

Carlo loves going for walks in the woods - the bumpier the path the better (he will be ready to mountain bike with his mother next year). Here he is ready to go out the door.

Father and son

This baby has big feet. Carlo is already wearing toddler size socks. By year two he will be borrowing his father's shoes.

Until next month...
